Progress Update for GHMF Fundraiser

Update from the Sound Investment fundraising campaign for the fountains new sound system: To date, $50,000 has been raised largely in part because of the efforts and generosity from groups such as Tri-Cities Women Who Give, 100 Men Who Give, WGHN and Winterfest. The Sound Investment campaign has also been pledged a commitment of up to $15,000 in funds from the City of Grand Haven matching the proceeds of the Eagles Auction during Winterfest 2019.  We also have received funds from numerous individual donors.

Also for the first time ever, the Grand Haven Musical Fountain is offering sponsorship opportunities for individuals or organizations. A multi-tier sponsorship program has been put together for individuals and organizations to choose from ranging from $2,500-$10,000. Each sponsorship is good for 1 season of the Grand Haven Musical Fountain which spans from May through September.

As a follower of the Fountain,  you can also help by making a donation of any size through the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation. Please visit and select the “Musical Fountain Audio Project” as the designation of the funds.

Together we  can make the Grand Haven Musical Fountain the best it’s ever sounded! We thank all …

The Grand Haven Musical Fountain has been entertaining audiences nightly from May through September each year on the Grand Haven riverfront for over 50 years free of charge.  Audiences have grown to hundreds during weekdays to sometimes thousands for newly developed themed shows such as Disney, Frozen and Pixar.

Over the past six years, the fountain infrastructure has been upgraded with new plumbing, new control systems, LED lighting, new control and choreography software and new “Helix” and “Wave” water features. Additionally, eight “themed’ shows have been produced since 2014 and the music playlist updated significantly.  The last major infrastructure component needing updating …
